Refunds & Cancellations

At HaseenZ, we strive to deliver products of elevated design and quality. Please read our Refunds & Cancellations policy carefully before placing an order. These terms are issued by Haseenz Lifestyle Studio, the registered business operating the brand Haseenz.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled by sending an email to support@haseenz.com within 6 hours of placing the order (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM).
  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  • Items purchased at a discount or during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

2. Jewellery Items

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for jewellery items unless the delivered product is not as per your order (wrong item, wrong design, or defective).
  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please provide a parcel opening video showing the defect clearly at the time of first opening.

3. Clothing Items

  • Clothing items are eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit when a genuine concern exists (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong item, or significant size discrepancy from listed measurements).
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and original packaging included.
  • Colour or size variations: Minor differences due to lighting or screen display are natural and not considered defects. However, if you face a genuine sizing issue or feel the product differs significantly from its description, our team will review your request on a case‑by‑case basis.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@haseenz.com or via Instagram DM.
  • Share your order details and a clear description of the concern.
  • Provide photo evidence (tags, packaging, and the issue).
  • Our team will review within 3–5 business days and confirm approval.
  • Ship the item back within 5 business days of approval.
  • Once inspected, your exchange will be dispatched or a store credit coupon issued.

5. Refunds & Exchange Credits

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit coupon codes only.
  • Coupon codes are valid for 6 months and can be used across multiple purchases.
  • No cash refunds, bank transfers, or card reversals are processed.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • For prepaid orders, you may choose an exchange product or coupon code.
  • For COD orders, only a coupon code will be issued.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is lost or undelivered to your location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges (if paid online).
